  1. ½ cup Self raising flour
  2. 3 oz. Baking chocolate (melted squares)
  3. ½ cup Superfine sugar
  4. ¼ cup Melted butter
  5. ½ cup Milk
  6. 1 Egg
  7. A little Vanilla

Preparatory

  • Oven Temperature: ~350C
  • Baking Time: 10 mins
  • Pan Type: ~7 inch cake pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven, Grease and flour pan.
  2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl in the above order
  3. Beat well for 2 minutes
  4. Pour into a prepared pan
  5. Bake in preheated oven until cake test done, when using a toothpick
